Ticket Limits
When purchasing tickets on primeseats.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. If there is a maximum number of tickets that you can add to your cart for a given event in one transaction, then that is the implied ticket limit. Prime Seats and the venues/event promoters we work with reserve the right to cancel orders over the ticket limit without notice.

What is a Service Fee? What is an Order Processing Fee?
A Service Fee is a per ticket charge that varies by event and face value of the ticket. The rate is set by the venue or promoter and Primeseats.com, and is based on the cost to put on the event. You will always see the fee and total amount of your sale before you agree to a ticket purchase. Some venues and promoters may also charge a non-refundable Order Processing Fee per order, regardless of the number of tickets. This charge includes services related to fulfilling the order, like taking and maintaining the order in our ticketing systems, arranging for shipping and coordinating with the box office will call.

Prime Seats does not have any physical sales locations, but sometimes the venues and promoters we work with will sell physical tickets per their own events at physical locations. If you are unable to purchase tickets via PrimeSeats.com please contact the venue or promoter directly to see if they have tickets for sale on another website, or at a physical location. Please note that Prime Seats is the only licensed vendor for the majority of the events that we sell for. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from 3rd party vendors or resellers.

Various delivery methods may be offered, depending on factors that include the venue or country where the event is to be held, the country in which you live, how much time is left before the event starts, whether it is a holiday season and the nature of the demand for the event. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.
Will Call – will require that the purchaser collect tickets from the venue upon arrival. Some venues will not issue physical tickets at Will Call, but will instead check attendees off a list.
EMAIL – this may be the only delivery option available for some events that occur in the United States or Canada. This ticket will be emailed to you in PDF format. This ticket will be emailed to the customer in mobile format and must be presented on a mobile device

Will Call is the industry term for "pick up at the box office." In order to claim your order at the event itself on the day or night of the event, you must have a valid government issued photo ID and the credit card from the purchase with you. If you can not pick up your order because you do not have your valid ID or the credit card from the purchase in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not be eligible for a refund.

HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR SPAM FILTER? TRY THERE FIRST!
Most issues for Print-at-Home, Mobile Tickets, or Email Confirmations not received are easily resolved by checking your spam filter or junk mail folder, especially if you are using a school or work email address. Please check there or contact your IT administrator before sending us a message. Additionally, you may be able to log-in to your PrimeSeats.com account and resend your Print-at-Home email, mobile tickets, or confirmation email.

We unfortunately do not offer refunds unless a show is canceled. As noted in our terms and conditions, which you must agree to before each transaction is processed, all sales are final. If there has been a significant change to the event such as a location change or date change, we will send an announcement to all ticket holders with details as to whether refunds are available. Please check your email, including junk/spam folders, for this event announcement before proceeding. If an event has been changed and the announcement includes a deadline for refund requests, we can not refund orders submitted after that deadline

We cannot offer refunds due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues. We also do not have a credit system, as each show is unique and funds are not transferable from one event to another

If you have physical tickets or Print-at-Home tickets, and they do not explicitly state “Tickets are Non-transferable” then someone other than yourself can use them. If you have ordered tickets as Will Call, please contact us for clarification on whether someone other than yourself can claim your order

Please be sure to have your government issued ID with you when you go to an event. Any event that has age restrictions will have those posted on the purchase page for the event and they will require your ID to prove your age. Your ID MUST contain your birth date. If your ID does not contain your birth date, or you purchase tickets for an event that you are not of the correct age to attend, and you are turned away from the venue for that reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.We also suggest you check state laws for the state in which the event is taking place to make sure you are in compliance. It is also your responsibility to check the age limits for the venue itself - some venues may not admit under 21's. We cannot offer refunds if you do not meet state requirements or follow the policies of a venue.
